一、三亚交通局工作人员收受贿赂充当“保护伞”的问题
2008年至2013年初，时任三亚市交通局运管处副处长周某、崖城运管所所长杨某某、稽查三大队副大队长陈某等18名工作人员，利用职务之便，接受非法营运者的请托，在有执法行动时向其通风报信，协调放行被查处车辆，并从中收取每人每月600-3000元不等的“保护费”，涉案金额200多万元，为非法营运人员充当“保护伞”。三亚市纪委监察局对周某等18人的违纪违法问题进行立案调查，其中12人移送司法机关依法查处。

2013年8月3日至4日，海南省农垦总局红林农场场长张某某为其子操办婚事的过程中，向管理服务对象发出邀请，收受部分干部职工及农场合作企业人员的礼金，并使用合作企业提供的三辆奔驰车作为婚礼用车。此事经群众举报网络曝光后，张某某退还了部分红包礼金，并将来源不详、无法退还的2.16万元上交省纪委廉政账户。省农垦总局纪委决定给予张某某党内警告、行政记过处分。
通报强调，各级党委要切实承担起党风廉政建设的主体责任，教育引导广大党员干部坚决贯彻落实中央八项规定和省委省政府二十条规定精神，要从以上典型问题通报中汲取教训，引以为戒，持之以恒地反对“四风”和庸懒散奢贪行为。把制度纪律作为刚性约束，令行禁止，不搞例外，坚决纠正个别人的侥幸心理和变相进行规避的不规习惯。
