　　中新网杭州11月20日电(记者 赵小燕)20日，原浙江省杭州市房管局副局长张新在杭州中院受审，他涉嫌滥用职权、受贿、贪污三宗罪，而另一人董一麟也因涉嫌贪污、抽逃出资一同受审。此前，张新被传名下有房产20多套，价值数以亿计，多系杭城房产商上供。

　　杭州市人民检察院指控，被告人张新自1997年12月起，在先后担任杭州市建设委员会、杭州市住房保障和房产管理局等单位相关领导职务期间，为请托单位和个人谋取利益，先后索取和非法收受请托人的财物共计人民币1.24亿余元；在收受请托人张某贿赂的同时，明知其所属企业不符合资质，滥用职权同意由张某实际控制的杭州某房产公司承接某经济适用房项目，造成国有资产损失；利用职务便利，采用侵占、骗取等手段单独或伙同被告人董一麟非法占有公共财物共计人民币1053万余元，其中被告人董一麟共同参与贪污1050余万元。

　　今天，两被告人的亲属和有关公众旁听了庭审。

　　在杭州市中院提供的相关材料中，并没有显示张新名下到底有多少套房产。而一同受审的董一麟为何人目前也尚未得知。杭州房管方面一位负责人表示并不认识此人。
