　　据新华社电 11月20日，杭州中院公开开庭审理杭州市住房保障和房管局原副局长张新涉嫌滥用职权、受贿、贪污，被告人董一麟涉嫌贪污、抽逃出资一案。

　　杭州市人民检察院指控称，被告人张新自1997年12月起，在先后担任杭州市建设委员会、杭州市住房保障和房产管理局等单位相关领导职务期间，为请托单位和个人谋取利益，先后索取和非法收受请托人的财物共计人民币1.24亿余元；在收受请托人张某贿赂的同时，明知其所属企业不符合资质，滥用职权同意由张某实际控制的杭州某房产公司承接某经济适用房项目，造成国有资产损失；利用职务便利，采用侵占、骗取等手段单独或伙同被告人董一麟非法占有公共财物共计人民币1053万余元，其中被告人董一麟共同参与贪污1050万余元。
