新华网北京11月21日电 经习主席和中央军委审定批准，由总政治部组织编写的《胡锦涛国防和军队建设思想学习纲要》近日出版印发全军。中央军委发出《关于印发〈胡锦涛国防和军队建设思想学习纲要〉的通知》，对全军组织学习提出要求。全文如下：
党的十八大把科学发展观同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想一道，确立为我们党必须长期坚持的指导思想。胡锦涛国防和军队建设思想，是科学发展观的重要组成部分，是科学发展观在军事领域的运用和展开，实现了党的军事指导理论的又一次与时俱进。全军要认真学习党的军事指导理论，深刻领会其科学内涵、精神实质、基本要求，用以指导军队建设和军事斗争准备，不断开拓马克思主义军事理论和当代中国军事实践发展新境界。
