  一群老外“前仆后继”,8年时间教出了一个不一样的马云——尽管没有出过国,他却成了半个海归。

  那种“舍我其谁”的“范儿”让马云当上了学生会主席。

  刚开始大家都把他当骗子

  从倒小商品到创办中国黄页,他就是个骑着自行车,精力旺盛的小微企业主,半个杭州的企业都被他敲过门拉广告。


  不过绝大部分人都把他当骗子。华立集团董事长汪力成,经马云在他办公室说了一上午,也没有“上当”。


  “让天下没有难做的生意”,阿里巴巴创办时这句口号,其实在长达数年时间里一直是马云心底的呐喊——多少年后这个梦想实现了:有一阵子马云去外面吃饭喝茶,常有人默默替他结账,留下一张纸条:马总,谢谢你,我在你这里做生意赚了不少钱。


  中国黄页有段时间被商务部看中,一个人月薪几千元,给政府办电子商务网站。那时大家都想,这下总算熬出头了。


  马云却不这么认为。对于那个被互联网和电子商务改变的大时代,他已经有了非常强烈的预见和规划。


  于是,草创阿里巴巴。那时最苦闷的是缺钱。大家到便宜货市场买一批办公桌椅,为了5元钱的运费,站在市场里讨价还价半小时。出门也舍不得打车,都坐公交。


  因为缺钱,阿里巴巴拿到风险投资之前,根本没有注册公司。18个合伙人投进去的钱,因为没有一个企业实体,连一张借条、一纸凭证都没有。


  创业时马云定下两条融资原则


  如果说金庸是用武侠写成人童话的话,马云,就是在一家企业里构想着属于自己的成人童话。


  走进淘宝城园区,不知道的人会以为误入了大学校园。中午有各个部门的社团活动在设摊,还有人弹唱;小卖部无人看管,付钱靠自觉;公司的内网发言自由,说什么都可以。而这个公司的创始人,还跟当年在大学做老师时一样,一激动起来就坐到桌子上,两条腿晃来荡去。


  马云当年让大家凑钱时定了两条融资原则,一不准借钱,二互相不打听数额。时至今日,阿里巴巴始创的18个人,既不知道别人出了多少钱,也不知道总数,所以也算不出自己该分到多少股份才算公平。


  很多人觉得不可思议,马云觉得这不重要,大家本来就不是为了钱走到一起的。


  马云前一阵一直追在几个高管后面,吃饭时不停地说快递员有多不容易,能不能建一个系统让快递员轻松起来,结果菜鸟物流就这样诞生。银泰集团的董事局主席沈国军本来干得好好的,一激动辞去了银泰集团的总裁,转而接手菜鸟物流的CEO。


  颠覆了零售业,颠覆物流业,下一个是银行业。公司有高管受不了,问,还有完没完?马云回答:一个公司是不是伟大,不是看它赚了多少钱,要看它有没有为社会解决问题。马云在用自己的企业做试验品,他的理想是打败人性的阴暗面,他自己想了个名字叫“新商业文明”。


  阿里巴巴拿到第一笔500万美元风投以后,有一次一个分析师让马云到北京见一个人,但这个神秘人物要求不透露身份。

  神秘人物问:“你要多少钱?”

  这就是传说中马云面对软银董事局主席孙正义那6分钟。


  孙正义赌的是马云这个人和对于互联网未来的预言。


  孙正义还赠送马云另一个预言:你会成为杨致远那样的人。


  互联网其实就是一个帮助我们更快到达美好未来的工具。


  马云成为首个登上福布斯杂志的大陆企业家时,阿里巴巴正如日中天。他这时要搞淘宝,大家都反对,谁会从网上买东西?马云说,我们不会,但是我们只要等80后,90后成了消费主力就可以了。


  2013年,49岁的马云突然宣布退休。因为想到了阿里巴巴以后怎么办。他要确保没有马云,阿里巴巴仍然是一家代表年轻和未来的企业,永远拥抱变化。


  如同梁启超在《少年中国说》里所言:惟思将来也,事事皆其所未经者,故常敢破格。

  马云:改革,光抱怨没用


  记者:您考上的杭州师范学院好像不算名校,您怎么看成功与文凭的关系?


  马云:我一直说如果我能成功,那么世界上80%的人都能成功。创业时,那些风投投钱也是数文凭的,如果团队里面有几个哈佛,几个斯坦福,基本上就是高科技了,其次就是清华北大,我们这样的土八路,是融不到钱的。所以那时我们内部有个口号,我们要为三四流院校争口气。关于文凭,我有两句话:如果你毕业自名牌学校,你就用欣赏的眼光看看别人;如果你毕业于像我们这样的院校,就用欣赏的眼光看看自己。


  记者:你有一个特点,大家都抱怨的时候,你从抱怨里面找机会,还从中获益。比如大家都说中国没有诚信体系网购是起不来的,你就搞了套评价系统。


  马云:抱怨有什么用?抱怨就像喝海里的水,越喝越渴。比如,改革是天上掉下来的吗?改革要靠点点滴滴的完善,你是社会的一分子,就应该为改革尽一分子的力,我觉得作为任何一个时代的公民,你活在这个时代,你就应该为这个时代做点事情。


  记者:350亿元相当于美国最大网购节一周的交易额,你怎么看这个天文数字?


  马云:千万不要去追求一个数字,千万不要把数字当目标。阿里巴巴是这样,一个政府,一个国家也是一样,GDP不说明问题。重要的是研究这350亿元怎么来的?有多少是代表先进生产力,有多少代表经济转型的成分?


  记者:你坚持的合伙人制度,是对传统意义上的股份制和契约精神的颠覆吗?


  马云:不是颠覆,是完善。工业革命时代,资本可以买来机器,买来厂房,按资本分配是合理的。进入新经济时代,资本就不能再当老大了,知识才是老大。合伙人制度就是想让一群有头脑的人,来控制企业,让企业保持创造力。我们和雅虎合作8年,换了9任CEO,什么事也谈不成,这件事太刺激我了,雅虎吃的就是这个亏。


  记者:别人做企业就是认真赚钱,你好像很不安分,要去解决社会问题?


  马云:过去,一个企业抓住一次机会就发达了,再抓住一次机会就伟大了,现在不是,不能为社会解决问题的企业称不上伟大。从这个意义上说,苹果都不能算一家伟大的企业。


  记者:你说要建设新商业文明,结果支付宝赎回事件,人们都骂你说一套做一套,如果企业还想赚钱,高调提这个新商业文明是不是自己搬石头砸自己的脚?


  马云:支付宝最近股权分配结果出来了,明显我没有把支付宝放到自己口袋里,当时骂我们的专家,现在一句话也不说了。说我偷啊抢的我当时真的快气死了;淘宝小卖家闹事那次,很多网站跟着传假照片,我当时真的想把淘宝关掉不干了。


  不过我还是坚持,中国需要新商业文明,我们要改变无商不奸这句话,要让诚信的那部分人先富起来,要让讲规则的人占便宜,这就是我的梦想,不管别人怎么说,我就是要把这件事做成。
