　　朱天晓是继金螳螂实际控股人朱兴良后第二个因季建业案被调查的苏州商人。今年7月，江苏首富朱兴良被相关部门带走协助调查。

　　昨日有媒体报道，朱天晓为中国汇融最大股东，持股量31.7%，该公司在香港上市。受朱天晓涉案消息影响，中国汇融收报1.86港元，下跌3.627%。

　　昨日上市公司江苏吴中股价也出现下跌，截至收盘，跌幅0.49%，收于12.09元。

　　记者查阅公司过往资料发现，吴中集团已分立为“江苏吴中集团有限公司”和“苏州吴中投资控股有限公司”。吴中集团所持的江苏吴中股权已全部分至给“吴中投资”。目前，上市公司江苏吴中的董事长为赵唯一。

　　昨日下午，新京报记者致电江苏吴中证券事务部，一位负责人称，上市公司与集团“现在已经没有关系”，故不会就此事发布公告。吴中集团下属吴中地产集团有限公司总裁曾昌宇对朱天晓的目前状态也未予以置评。吴中集团办公室工作人员也对朱天晓状态表示“不清楚”。连日来，记者数次拨打朱天晓手机，一直处于无人接听状态。
