　　刘斌简历

　　刘斌，男，汉族，1957年2月出生，中共党员，研究生学历，先后任陕西省委党校校委秘书、教务处处长、教育长。

　　1996—2001，任宝鸡市市长助理、市委常委、宣传部长；期间曾在美国加州州立大学进修，并在中宣部宣教局挂任副局长；

　　2001—2013.02，任陕西省委宣传部副部长，省文学艺术界联合会党组书记、常务副主席；

　　2013.02—2013.11，任陕西省广播电影电视局长、党组书记；

　　2013.11，任陕西省新闻出版广电局党组书记。
