刘金国强调，严明警纪警风，态度一定要十分坚决，责任一定要真正落实，查纠一定要坚持经常，执纪一定要特别严格。各级公安机关领导干部要切实肩负起抓班子、带队伍的政治责任，毫不放松地抓纪律作风建设，真正落实“一岗双责”。要坚持重在日常、贵在经常，把监督检查牢牢抓在手上，立足早发现、早解决。要硬起手腕，铁面执纪，对违反“八项规定”和纪律条令、“五条禁令”、“三项纪律”等规定的，必须毫不留情，发现一起坚决查处一起。对顶风违纪，尤其是酗酒滋事、携枪饮酒、到夜总会娱乐、对群众冷硬横推的，坚决从严惩处。
