According to the State Oceanic Administration Web site news, Chinese Communist Party recently issued a set of State Oceanic Administration personnel decisions:

Comrade Gao Zhiguo Deputy Secretary of CPC member of the Institute of Oceanography marine development strategy Committee, (concurrently);

Jia Yu, shangnaining gay Communist Institute of Oceanography marine development strategy Committee.
