20日下午，网友“@埃特中国”发微博说，“11月18日下午，印尼巴厘岛，著名景点‘情人崖’，一辆满载中国河南游客的旅游车坠入山谷。截至20日中午，5人死亡。网友反映，死者赵金离，系郑州市道路运输管理局局长，其他几名死伤者也多为运输、物流业人士，尚不清楚是因公出差，还是私人出游。”
