城区道路遗撒突出
第三季度城六区环境卫生干净指数为80.29分，环比上升了0.59分。“这0.59分也来之不易。”市市政市容委环境卫生管理处处长谢国民说，从9月开始，本市进入旅游黄金季节，加上大学生返校等因素，来京人口数量猛增，环卫保障难度很大。
数据显示，城六区市容环境卫生干净指数前三名依次为西城区、丰台区、海淀区。其中，专业考评前三名依次为西城区、石景山区、东城区。社会评价前三名依次为西城区、东城区、丰台区。问题评价前三名依次为西城区、海淀区、丰台区。
据介绍，三季度城区道路清扫保洁满意度最高，对建筑工地外围尘土飞扬的反映比去年同期明显减少，垃圾收运满意度下降幅度较大。存在的主要问题是垃圾暴露和道路遗撒问题，非法张贴、涂写、散发小广告较多，以及垃圾收运三轮车破旧影响市容环境，城乡结合部地区环境卫生脏乱等。
郊区绿地垃圾暴露
郊区各区环卫作业检查得分环比提升了约1个百分点，群众对道路清扫保洁、市容环境管理、环卫意识和公厕服务的满意度均有升高。存在主要问题是绿地、花坛垃圾暴露问题；非法张贴、涂写、散发小广告较多；农村公厕运行费用不足；部分垃圾收集容器破旧、作业车辆老旧等。谢国民坦言，与城区相比，郊区环境卫生各项问题多出在“差钱”方面。
记者了解到，第三季度郊区县市容环境卫生干净指数第一名依旧是延庆县。专业考评前三名依次为：密云县、延庆县、房山区（并列第二）、门头沟区；社会评价前三名依次为延庆县、密云县、门头沟区；问题评价前三名依次为：平谷区、怀柔区、延庆县。
高速路等查出两千余环境问题
谢国民告诉记者，执法人员对市界内的高速公路，城区范围内的园林绿地、河道、铁路沿线、旅游景区周边和城市轨道环境卫生进行1131次检查，还检查了区属道路两侧绿地51万平方米，共发现问题2277个，比上季度增加720个问题。
“三季度我们增加了检查点位和频次，发现高速公路废弃物清理不及时类问题1427个，占行业卫生问题总量的62.7%，其原因是作业车辆设备、人员配置不足，作业不及时、不到位。作业较好的是机场第二高速，问题较多的是京港澳高速、京哈高速和京沪高速。”
四季度提升背街小巷干净指数
据介绍，今年四季度，将重点提升背街小巷环卫作业水平，强化喷雾压尘作业，控制扬尘污染，提升环境卫生质量，实现背街小巷环境卫生质量达标率60%。
遇有大风天气，保洁人员将全员上岗捡拾清除白色污染，加强巡回检查，做到风不停、清除工作不断。要突出清除背街小巷、旅游景点周边、高快速路两侧、绿（林）地、树木上以及“窝风死角”地域的白色垃圾，力争消灭环境脏乱死角和白色污染易滞留地。
