中国宪法学研究会会长、中国人民大学法学教授韩大元说，现实生活中存在的一些不稳定因素与社会缺乏共识有密切关系。而要重塑社会共识，最基本的途径是回归宪法，树立宪法权威。

他说：“我们有自信做到中共领导、人民当家作主与依法治国的有机统一，建设比资本主义宪政更优越的中国特色社会主义民主政治。”
