　　据介绍，该院将严肃查办危害民生民利领域职务犯罪作为坚持群众路线的根本体现，在该领域保持高压打击态势。据统计，2010年以来，该市三级检察院共立案查办民生民利领域职务犯罪案件1929件2518人，占到了全市同期查处职务犯罪案件的一半以上;今年1月至10月，已立案查办民生民利领域职务犯罪案397件488人。

　　该院有关负责人表示，重庆市各级检察机关将重点加强对高山生态扶贫搬迁、城市棚户区改造等事关城乡群众切身利益的民生领域的案件查处。同时，深入查办劳动就业、保障房建设、食品药品监管、征地拆迁等领域的职务犯罪，确保国家民生政策的有效落实。
