First generation one-child parents into old age， empty-nesters living alone increase

　　扬子晚报讯 (记者 董婉愉)南京户籍人口中，每5个人里就有一个是老人，到今年底，南京市60周岁以上的老人将占636万户籍人口中的21%，人数将突破120万。而据进一步分析透露，南京第一代独生子女的父母，将超过40万人。

　　今年底南京老年人将超120万

　　记者昨天从市民政局了解到，截至去年12月底，南京市户籍人口为636万人，其中60周岁以上的老年户籍人口达116.18万，老人占总户籍人口的18.23%，而如果减去部队和高校近一百万户籍人口，老人占总数的比例就超过21%。也就是说，每5个不到南京人中，就有1个是老人。根据近年每年均以4%—5%递增的老龄化比率看，到今年底，南京老年人口将超过120万人。

　　记者从相关数据获悉，1995年南京市老年人口是34.2万人，占户籍总人口的比例为12.4%;到2000年，老人数超过40万人，占总人口的14.4%。据有关部门预测，南京市老年人口的高峰，将出现在2040年代。

　　失能、独居和空巢老人增加

　　南京近120万老人中，有15%的老人是失能或半失能的老人，也就是说其中的18万老人需要在儿女或专业护工的帮助下才能维持生活。南京市民政局社会福利服务处人士介绍，去年开始，该处着手针对老年人口中失能、半失能者进行数据和信息采集，据目前第三方社会机构在雨花台区对7000名身患疾病老人的摸底调查发现，失能、半失能老年人口的比例正在逐年上升。

　　另外，空巢和独居老人也在逐年增加。从2012年底的数据看，全市有65901户独居老人，其中城市和农村各半。当他们逐渐失去自理能力后，将长年需要社区或养老机构的护理;此外，全市还有13.65万户空巢老人家庭，他们主要是老夫妇共同生活，有的儿女不在身边，有的没有儿女，十分需要政府和社会的关爱。从以上数据看，独居和空巢老人总数为33.8万人。

　　60多岁老人逾半是独生子女父母

　　在116万名老人中，记者进一步了解到，其中60—69岁的老人，有64.41万人;70—79岁的老人，有35.13万人;80—89岁的老人，有14.97万人;90—99岁的老人，有1.64万人。百岁以上的老人，截至去年底全市是230人，今年增加到240人。

　　根据第一代独生子女的年龄看，其父母已步入老年人的行列。根据相关人士的分析，在64万多60—69岁老人中，其中至少有一多半是独生子女的父母，也就是说约40万老人是独生子女的父母，他们在居家、社区或机构的养老方面，将成为南京历史上最为独特、也最需要政府和社会关爱的人群。
