记者从杭州警方了解到，这样的短信都是诈骗短信，是目前电信诈骗的最新招数，犯罪分子用了网络改号软件，将短信显示的号码改为“95588”，极具欺骗性。家住杭州滨江的金先生就收到了这样的短信，他毫不设防的登入这个网址，并输入自己的身份证号码、名字、工商银行卡密码，并输入对方提供的一串密码，其实是对方提供的一个银行账号，不久，又收到一个验证码，金先生按对方要求将验证码输入密码器上，网页提示“升级失败”。
但仅仅两分钟之后，金先生的手机上收到一条工商银行短信提示称：银行卡支出近20万元。11月6日，住江干区的小胡也被骗3.7万元，11月10日叶女士被骗19.9万元。统计显示，11月1日至11月10日，杭州共发生以电子密码升级为由的诈骗案件28起，受害者大多都是持有工商银行密码器的储户。
杭州警方分析，在此类诈骗案件中，骗子发来的网站一般都是前缀通常为www或者wap，中间字母可能不确定，但通常有ic或icb等具有迷惑性的字母。受骗人登录假网站之后，网站会给出操作提示，显示为修改电子密码操作，但实际上就是一个转账操作，诱骗受骗人将自己银行卡内的钱款全部转入到骗子的账户之中。
警方提醒，在网上进行涉及金融方面的操作一定要谨慎，务必要确认银行的官方网址和客服电话，要认清每一个字母和数字。同时，不要通过链接或陌生人发来的网址登录。
