张向晨还介绍了中国和中东欧国家经贸关系的三个特点。他指出,第一,双方贸易平稳增长。今年1至10月,双方贸易额达到454亿美元,比去年同期又有所增长。第二,相互投资不断扩大。目前中国在中东欧国家投资超过35亿美元,中东欧16国在华投资超过11亿美元。第三,基础设施建设正成为双方合作亮点。比如,利用中方贷款实施的塞尔维亚贝尔格莱德跨多瑙河大桥项目,波黑塞族共和国斯坦纳里火电站项目都顺利启动,还有一批合作项目正在积极探讨中。
张向晨指出,中国和罗马尼亚的经贸关系也符合上述三个特点。今年1至10月,中罗贸易额达到32.7亿美元,比去年有所增长。罗马尼亚也是中国在中东欧地区投资最多的国家之一。根据商务部统计,截止目前,中国在罗马尼亚累计投资超过1.6亿美元,罗马尼亚在华投资2.8亿美元。中国企业在罗马尼亚投资或承建多个光伏及风能电站项目。一些中国企业正积极跟踪罗马尼亚火电、水电、核电以及高速公路建设项目,能源等基础设施领域的合作前景广阔。
