法院经审理查明，2012年12月11日21时30分许，被告人龙辉在成都东苑小区附近，持刀先后将单某等三名被害人杀伤并劫走被害人吴某所骑电动自行车。龙辉骑车行至三瓦窑街202号附近后，下车持窃取的菜刀对附近烧烤摊旁的被害人赵某(中学学生)连续砍杀后逃离现场。21时55分许，龙辉被接警后处警的三瓦窑派出所巡逻队员挡获。赵某经抢救无效死亡。另查明，经鉴定龙辉在案发时系限制刑事责任能力人。
