同时，业内人士称，随着牧场在2014年投产，明年上半年，奶源紧张有望缓解。
三元产品均涨8% 其他奶企也有涨价计划
日前，三元食品在官网上发布公告称，12月起将上调部分产品的价格，平均涨价幅度达到8%。
据三元方面称，今年以来，原料奶收购价格同比增长幅度已经逼近50%，而且仍在继续上涨。此次再度涨价，三元方面称，主要是因为考虑到其他原辅材料，如包装材料、人工成本等也在上涨，三元无法通过采取精细化管理、高效生产运营等内部措施消化全部上升的成本。

超市缺货严重 纯牛奶价格同比涨7%-8%
昨日，记者走访永辉、沃尔玛、新华都等多家超市发现，虽然目前各超市牛奶存货量较9月份已有所上升，但仍“大不如前”。货架上多是一些优酸乳的产品，多款纯牛奶仍然还打着“暂时缺货”的标签。

记者从新华都超市方面了解到，此前一直通过降价促销，以低于指导价的价格销售牛奶，但现在缺货严重，尤其是伊利、蒙牛等品牌，所以目前已经全部按照指导价销售。
值得注意的是，奶源极度紧张也使得今年各奶企给超市的春节报价和数量迟迟不能确定。
林美娟称，往年到了这个时候，就已经可以从各奶企处拿到春节期间的报价，并且可以确定数量了。但是今年她想要确定产品价格和数量时，“得到的回复却是‘暂时还没法确定’，奶企方面让我们先提需求。”但按照9、10月份的情况看，林美娟很担心无法拿到与往年相同数量的产品。
牧场在2014年投产 奶源紧张明年或缓解
