　　据悉，清单涵盖了广州市48个行政单位共3705项市本级行政职权事项，包括行政审批387项、行政处罚3138项、行政强制63项、行政征收5项、行政裁决1、行政给付2项、行政检查28项、其他行政事项81项。

　　清单列出了各项职权的实施单位、职权名称和职权依据。其中，按照实施单位分类，广州市公安局的行政审批职权、行政处罚职权项目数是最多的，分别为45项和328项。清单也列出了一些“不常见”的职权。譬如，广州市地铁总公司也具有行政处罚职权，分别为“对有碍城市轨道交通公共场所容貌和环境卫生的处罚”、“对在禁止吸烟场所或者区域内违反控烟规定的处罚”两项。

　　行政权力清单将扩容

　　广州市纪委常委、新闻发言人梅河清表示，建立和发布权力清单制度，是为了界定行政机关权力的边界，更好促进依法行政，从源头上防止腐败。此外，市民也可对行政职权运行进行监督。据介绍，清单还将扩容，如将相关职权的权力运行流程图上线发布。
