　　据介绍，11月22日凌晨3点，青岛经济技术开发区发生地下输油管道破裂事故，企业发现后，约3时15分关闭输油，原油沿着雨水管线进入胶州湾边的港池。企业在海面布设了两道围油栏，围油面积数百平方米。今晨中石化组织下属公司抢修过程中发生爆燃。

　　据介绍，目前青岛已布设三道围油栏，火势已扑灭，并组织专门力量在海上打捞。事故原因和原油泄漏量在进一步调查核实中。

　　据青岛相关部门信息，至22日14时23分，这次输油管线泄露起火事故，已造成22人死亡。
