22日凌晨3时许，中石化黄潍输油管线一输油管道发生破裂事故，造成原油泄漏。上午10时许，在抢修的过程中，管道破裂处起火。今天下午，记者在丽东工厂区外围采访时看到，丽东化工厂的爆炸点基本上恢复了平静，相关人员已经在现场进行抢修和善后处理工作。不过爆炸掀起的几条街道依旧是一片惨状，车辆出现被掀起或玻璃粉碎的情况。
附近小区一位刚刚参加完救援的年轻人告诉记者，他帮助消防和当地抢救人员抬出了许多伤员。他说，原来小区门口本来有一个保卫室，但是爆炸之后已经被夷为平地，现场只留下一个大坑。说起这件事时，他眼睛里含着泪水，称这个事故像一个噩梦一样，现在他都没有从中脱离出来。在今后很长一段时间内，他也很难忘记这件事，因为这给他心理上造成了很大的打击。
