　　中国山东网青岛频道记者采访黄岛居民了解到，爆炸发生在上午9时许，有网友称当时距离事故现场很远的地方都有震感，工厂车间大门也被震得发出很大响声。截止到22日中午，青岛市区已经能看到天空中的黑烟，闻到一股焦糊味。有乘坐飞机的网友发布了一张空中拍摄的照片，照片可见浓烟已穿破云层。

　　青岛开发区环保局的李先生介绍，爆炸并非网传的丽东化工厂，而是中石化黄潍输油管破裂，导致油随排水管道流入海水。相关工作人员在进行抢修的时候，管道里的残余油料发生爆炸，具体爆炸的原因现在还不明确。环保局相关工作人员已经赶赴现场调查处理。记者了解到，目前已有医院接受伤员，但伤亡情况暂不明。
