　　22日凌晨3时许，位于青岛市黄岛区的中石化黄潍输油管线一输油管道发生破裂事故，造成原油泄漏。上午10时许，抢修过程中，管道破裂处起火。

　　事发时，恰好有一辆18路公交车经过，车辆被炸翻，全车人受伤，并被送往医院。附近黄岛二中的学生已全部撤离。

　　事故发生后，青岛市、区两级领导及开发区公安、消防、安监、市政、环保等多部门立即赶赴现场，目前正组织力量紧急处置。青岛120急救中心派出8辆救援车前往，伤者被送到青医附院西海岸园区。医院门口准备了大量推车，医护人员正全力救治伤者。

　　中午12时许，在开发区澎湖岛街与淮河路交叉口西北侧处，测得大气中非甲烷总烃浓度为每立方米2毫克，国家标准为每立方米不超过4毫克。

　　目前，当地政府迅速组织力量扑救，全力抢救伤员，减少次生灾害，防止连锁反应。事故排除恐怖破坏原因，两个起火点已全部扑灭。起火点距离其他化工企业和军事设施较远，不会产生连带影响。
