　　22日凌晨3时许，位于青岛市黄岛区的中石化黄潍输油管线一输油管道发生破裂事故，造成原油泄漏。上午10时许，抢修过程中，管道破裂处起火。青岛黄岛区中石化输油管道泄漏事故现场指挥部认为，中石化输油管道泄漏事故初步原因分析是管线漏油进入市政管网导致起火发生，具体原因正在调查。

　　事发时，恰好有一辆18路公交车经过，车辆被炸翻，全车人受伤，并被送往医院。附近黄岛二中的学生已全部撤离。

　　事故发生后，青岛市、区两级领导及开发区公安、消防、安监、市政、环保等多部门立即赶赴现场，目前正组织力量紧急处置。青岛120急救中心派出8辆救援车前往，伤者被送到青医附院西海岸园区。医院门口准备了大量推车，医护人员正全力救治伤者。
