宋涛介绍，访问期间，李克强将分别会见罗马尼亚总统伯塞斯库、议会参议院议长安东内斯库、众议院议长兹戈内亚，并与罗马尼亚总理蓬塔会谈。双方将就中罗关系、中国和中东欧国家合作、中欧关系等深入交换意见。此外，李克强还将应邀在罗马尼亚议会发表演讲，重点阐述对发展两国关系、深化双边务实合作的建议和设想。
宋涛说，近年来，中罗关系保持良好发展势头，双方高层交往密切，各领域交流不断扩大。
“我们希望通过此访能进一步巩固、深化两国传统友谊，增进政治互信，推动经贸、投资、人文等领域的务实合作取得积极进展，并促进中国－中东欧国家合作、中欧关系全面发展。”宋涛说。
宋涛说，中国和罗马尼亚是传统的友好国家，加强双边务实合作是两国和两国人民的共同愿望，也符合双方的根本利益。
