  据介绍,委托逐月提取还贷的申请条件只要符合两个条件即可:正在办理住房公积金贷款的申请人;已办理住房公积金贷款的申请人。在申请办理委托逐月提取还贷时,本人及配偶的住房公积金账户存储余额之和大于6个月的,应还贷款本息额。同时,住房公积金账户没有被冻结、没有为他人提供担保的。目前,全市住房公积金缴存人数达到22.37万人,自7月至今,平均每月有300多户签订代扣协议。
