横琴这次推出的两宗地块，地理位置都非常优越，位于横琴新区综合服务区内，离横琴口岸不到1公里，交通便利，毗邻横琴新区的主干道，基础设施较为完善。两地块北靠小横琴山，东邻横琴市民广场，南面为天沐河、西侧为规划绿地。
今年7月2日，横琴新区拍卖十字门中央商务区一宗8万多平方米的商住用地，广东客商汇实业有限公司以楼面地价1.58万元/平方米、总价38.48亿元拍得，晋升珠海地王，比珠海此前保持的7700元/平方米的成交纪录高出一倍多。
