在日前中兴努比亚新品发布会上,京东首次对外公布“JDPhone计划”,通过对消费者数据挖掘定制手机。京东还深度参与中兴两款手机制造,尤其在核心部件(芯片、屏幕以及摄像头等)采购方面,京东也利用本身渠道优势帮助对产业链进行整合。


根据京东方面计划,JDPhone计划面向所有手机厂商开放,只要在生产规模、研发实力及生产工艺、供应链整合能力、售后服务等方面达到相应要求,都可与京东合作。


围绕JDPhone计划,京东酝酿推出个人信贷业务,针对不同用户不同信誉等级给予不同额度信用,用户可在消费信用内选购手机产品,采取分期付款方式还款。


男装品牌NOP创始人刘爽表示,JDPhone计划类似于阿里云OS系统,均为搭建一个生态系统,在各大互联网巨头纷纷抢占移动端入口时,京东不甘落后。



京东可能推手机操作系统

那么,京东真的是要赔钱赚吆喝吗?当然并非如此。刘爽说,京东要建立一个区别与阿里的生态。当前从上游的手机芯片提供商高通,到知名手机品牌商,再到下游的中国三大运营商,均与京东建立战略合作,京东已拥有足够实力对服务进行打包。


刘爽指出,二三线品牌手机厂商大多不赚钱,通过扶持这些品牌不仅是扶持合作伙伴成长,更重要的是能帮助京东进行移动端布局,还能获得更高毛利和返点。对京东来说,暂时没有推出手机操作系统,是因为做手机操作系统花费巨大,非一天两天可以研发成功。


布局移动端未来实现零元购机


当前阿里以免费送卖家手机为幌子,将淘宝旺铺专业版、数据魔方专业版、安存语录、交易法宝等淘系卖家服务推送给卖家,京东必须在移动端采取行动。现实的确如此,京东计划把电子书、数字音乐乃至虚拟运营商等服务资源,逐步整合进JDPhone计划。


京东副总裁王笑松对腾讯科技表示,京东越来越关注移动互联网发展,JDPhone计划跟京东移动互联网战略正好相结合,京东可以借此向用户推出电子书、数字音乐、移动转售业务,通过数据挖掘,京东还很容易为每一个用户信用体系,推出真正意义的零元购机。

王笑松说,京东有1亿以上注册用户,仅手机用户就达3000万,7年时间销售3000多万部智能手机,已具备通过对用户积累和反馈,进而拥有定制手机的能力。这种通过数据分析具备做特色定制手机潜力,跟那些盲目将产品应用内置的定制手机企业有根本性不同。


分析人士指出,阿里通过面向卖家免费赠送阿里云OS定制手机,借支付宝将其定制手机与卖家衔接一起时,京东可通过免费向卖家或物流开放平台合作商家赠送京东定制机。


上述人士指出,京东过去几年进行了一系列物流布局。未来卖家们可通过京东定制机进行物流信息查询、物流调度、数据调用、数据分析、采购处理等后端服务操作。
