经过一夜的降雪，暴雪天气对人们的生活产生了什么影响？

另外哈尔滨市为了缓解降雪导致的交通拥堵，市区今天将继续实行临时的单双号实行，从昨天实施的第一天情况来看车辆量确实是减少了不少，对交通拥堵有一定的缓解作用，同时全市路边的停车位和人行道的停车位也将继续在今天暂停使用，全力协助环卫部门清雪作业，据气象部门预计，27号冷空气会有所减弱，雪势也会逐渐转小，在28号那天有望结束本轮降雪。
从昨天开始的大雪，牡丹江及周边地区部分铁路线路被大雪掩埋，造成十多趟旅客列车晚点运行，3趟旅客列车停运。

同时，记者从牡丹江市应急办了解到，受暴雪天气影响，昨天下午，牡丹江全市的中小学、幼儿园、都进行了停课，高中提前放学。今天中小学、幼儿园还将继续停课一天。
除此之外，牡丹江市环卫部门1300多名环卫工人全员上岗，今天，他们也在集中力量争取在出行高峰期之前把全市主要的地段桥梁全部清理一遍，以防出现市区大面积车辆拥堵情况的发生。(牡丹江新闻广播记者曹雨萌。)
