　　据了解，今年7月20日傍晚，在首都机场T3航站楼到达大厅B出口处，冀中星携带的自制爆炸装置爆炸，爆炸致自己的左手受伤被截肢，并使现场一名民警受伤。

　　朝阳法院一审以犯爆炸罪为名判处冀中星有期徒刑6年。对此，冀中星不服判决，遂通过朝阳法院向三中院上诉，称自己到机场是为了表达8年前在广东东莞被殴打致残案寻求解决的诉求，炸弹是在自己倒手时不慎爆炸。今年10月底，北京市三中院通报，经对一审法院移送的上诉材料和相关案卷进行审查，三中院认为上诉材料齐全，符合二审案件受理条件，并立案受理该案。

　　冀中星辩护律师刘晓原称，昨天下午收到了三中院通知，称该案将于29日终审宣判。
