相关人士推测，此系该区负责人士“算错日子”。根据市财局要求，各区及属下镇街，须在区人大审议后20个工作日内，公布2012年“三公”决算，今日才是“截止日期”。
因公出国(境)费 已公布区市中倒数第三

公务接待费 较上年减少502万元
该区公务接待费支出1725万元，占“三公”经费总额的16.94%。这一经费项目比上年减少502万元，下降22.53%。下降原因是各单位厉行节约，缩减了各项接待费支出。
