Han： a new round of aid to do better

　　丹增朗杰代表日喀则地区各族群众感谢上海市委、市政府和上海人民长期以来的无私帮助与支持。他说，多年来上海已先后派出7批援藏干部来到日喀则，推进落实了1000多个援助项目。相信在中央的领导下，在上海的帮助支持下，日喀则一定能和全国各地一起迈入小康社会。
