Hu Hai Qin Er Shi， called throne proclamation unearthed in Hunan province

　　本报长沙11月25日电(记者龙军) 今年7月23日，本报在头版刊登《5000余枚简牍现身湖南》、在5版刊登《兔子山遗址还藏着多少秘密？》两篇文章，详细报道了湖南益阳兔子山遗址出土大批简牍的经过。近日，一枚秦代的简牍经专家考证为秦二世胡亥“奉召登基”的官府文告。

　　湖南益阳兔子山遗址自今年6月发现简牍后，目前已陆续出土简牍上万枚，从战国、秦、汉一直到孙吴时期，数量巨大，在湖南乃至全国罕见。目前共发掘面积1100平方米，发现古井15处，其中10处出土了简牍，另外发现大批陶器、铜镜等文物。其中在9号古井发现的一枚简牍，记录了胡亥继位后的文告。

　　湖南省文物考古研究所研究员张春龙认为，该文告是胡亥继位后第一年的第一个月颁布的。文中强调胡亥继位的合法性，也稍有改革以惠及民众。“始皇帝”换行顶格书写，是奏疏等文中提到皇帝或当时朝代名称换行顶格的最早文书实例，开后世此类文书体例之先河。
