Hunan with three ceremonies commemorating Mao Zedong’s 120 anniversary

China News Agency, Changsha, November 25 (reporters Bai Zu together with Deng Xia), Mao Zedong's native Hunan Province next month to "three ceremonies" commemorate the 120 anniversary of the birth of Mao Zedong.

December 26, 2013 is the 120 anniversary of the birth of Mao Zedong. 　　2013年12月26日是毛泽东诞辰120周年纪念日。按照中共中央总书记习近平提出的“隆重、简朴、务实”办毛泽东诞辰120周年纪念活动的要求，湖南省将以“三会一仪式”的形式予以纪念。

　　湖南省委宣传部副部长张志初25日介绍说，所谓“三会一仪式”，即举办毛泽东纪念座谈会、毛泽东学术研讨会、电视文艺晚会和湖南省领导、毛泽东亲属代表到韶山向毛泽东铜像敬献花篮并参观提质改造后的毛泽东同志纪念馆。(完)
