Orban and Dacic said trilateral cooperation to build Hungarian Railways, historical importance, will benefit all parties and conducive to promoting the economic development of both countries and the region. 在会见欧尔班时，李克强说，中匈传统友谊深厚，双边关系前景广阔。两国与中东欧其他国家在铁路建设领域的合作取得新进展，成为新的里程碑。中方愿同匈方落实好合作项目，同时深入推进农业、清洁能源、金融、人文等方面合作，中方拥有先进的核电技术和雄厚的建设实力，愿与匈方积极探讨合作，不断丰富双边关系内涵，造福两国人民。
欧尔班表示，近年来，匈中商定的合作项目取得积极进展，合作规模不断扩大，有力促进了匈经济、社会发展。匈方支持中国进一步发展与中东欧国家的关系，愿与中方加强在双边、中东欧－中国和欧中框架内的合作，欢迎更多中国企业赴匈投资。
在会见达契奇时，李克强说，中塞是全天候的好朋友、好伙伴。当前，中塞关系进入发展的新阶段。中方愿与塞方及有关各方一道，落实好铁路等领域合作项目，带动中东欧地区铁路建设。中方鼓励本国企业投资塞农业和电力产业，促进两国贸易快速、平衡发展，推动两国各领域合作全面深入发展。
达契奇表示，塞尔维亚是中国的可靠朋友和伙伴，两国友谊深厚。塞方将发展对华关系作为外交优先方向，感谢中方长期以来的宝贵支持，愿与中方密切高层交往，扩大能源、铁路等基础设施建设、农业、通讯等领域互利合作，支持并积极参与中东欧国家与中国的合作。
会见后，李克强与欧尔班、达契奇共同会见了记者。三国总理共同宣布，合作建设连接贝尔格莱德和布达佩斯的匈塞铁路，并成立联合工作组落实推进工作。李克强表示，匈塞铁路是中国－中东欧合作中的标志性项目，中国改革开放以来铁路建设发展迅速，具有成熟的装备、技术和施工经验，性价比优势明显。中东欧国家有市场需求，双方完全可以实现互利共赢。中国装备走出国门，特别是加强与新兴市场国家的合作，既可帮助这些国家基础设施转型升级，也有利于消化中国过剩产能，提高装备的质量和服务水平，将造福双边、多方，不仅有利于中欧合作，也有利于世界。中方愿与有关国家一道，将铁路合作打造成中国与中东欧合作的新亮点，使其成为中国与中东欧、中欧的友谊新纽带。
欧尔班和达契奇表示，三国合作建设匈塞铁路，具有重要历史意义，将惠及各方，有利于促进两国和本地区经济发展。匈塞铁路使用中国技术，体现了互利共赢，相信该项目将成功落实，并充分发挥带动作用。两国将与中方共同做好落实工作，力争早日取得实质成果，推动中东欧－中国合作迈上更高水平。
