朱女士：我这个房子当时买来就是为了自己住，也没有考虑房子增值、买卖的因素，以后也没打算卖。所以叫停小产权房对我们影响也不是太大。不过有些人买小产权房是为了投资就肯定要考虑下了。
而在湖北武汉，记者采访时发现，对于持有并希望出售小产权房的房主而言，国家政策出台后，他们能做的只有观望。家住武汉市汉阳区王家湾仙山创业中心的王师傅说：
王师傅：那现在也没办法了，只能买得起这种房子。
其实，武汉市早在2007、2008年就已经颁发小产权房相关管理办法，并明确指出禁止城镇居民购买小产权房。即便如此，小产权房项目却仍在潜伏中热销。不少小产权房项目变得越来越隐蔽，并改头换面变身“还建房”隐没在商品房之中。不少市民仍会不顾风险去购买小产权房。
