　　青岛日报讯 时下正值寒冬时节，中石化东黄输油管道泄漏爆炸事故区安置群众如何度过一个温暖的冬夜，牵动着市委、市政府领导的心。昨晚，省委常委、市委书记李群，市委副书记、市长张新起深入安置区，走访了解群众的安置和生活情况。

　　在鲁海丰酒店，李群先后看望了安置群众高赐宽、潘淑霞，他们的房屋在事故中受到破坏。“家里房子怎么样了，事故中受伤了吗”“水、电、气、暖都来了吗，受损的玻璃都换上了吗”一进房间，李群关切地询问情况，并诚恳地说，“这几天住在这里给你们添麻烦了，我代表市委、市政府向你们道歉。”每到一处，李群都非常关心群众房屋受损情况，要求相关部门及时修缮，让群众放心满意。

　　李群、张新起一行还走访了海洋之星酒店的群众安置点。他们向安置群众说，感谢你们的配合与理解，我们一起来努力早日回家。56岁的王振华激动地说：“不是党和政府，没有今天的幸福生活，我们老百姓非常感激党和政府的关怀。”

　　在走访中，李群、张新起强调，各有关部门要充分发挥职能作用，密切配合、主动服务，尽最大努力修缮房屋，尽快解决好水、电、气、暖等受损的公共设施，为居民群众排忧解难，雪中送炭，让群众早日回家过上正常生活。
