　　"婴儿安全岛"是专门为弃婴设计的小屋，屋内配有专用设施和辅助设施，最大程度保障弃婴存活。对于坊间有观点认为此举无形中可能会"助长弃婴"行为。深圳福利中心主任告诉记者，建设"婴儿安全岛"，虽然改变不了遗弃这一非法行为，却改变了遗弃的结果，即提高弃婴的存活率，真正体现了生命至上、以人为本、以儿童利益优先等理念。

　　据了解，2011年6月，石家庄已经启用了弃婴"安全岛"。两年多时间里，石家庄"婴儿安全岛"庇护了170名弃婴，人性化地解决了弃婴的接收问题。
