　　新疆日报网讯记者陈丰报道：11月24日上午，旨在维护和推动清真产业发展的首届中国国际清真产业论坛在北京举行，来自新疆、青海、甘肃、北京等地在内的近百家清真食品用品企业参加了论坛，并共同成立了我国首个“清真产业诚信联盟”。

　　在论坛上，西北民族大学伊斯兰文化研究所发布了我国首份《清真饮食与食品安全研究报告》。《报告》称，我国清真食品业凭借安全、健康品质，深受消费者青睐，清真产业近年来每年以10%的速度增长，但打着清真旗号非法经营的企业也在逐年增多。因此，首个清真产业诚信联盟，将共同抵制“伪清真”。同时号召行业企业之间互相监督，共同促进清真产业健康发展。
