新华网青岛11月25日电（记者张旭东 吕诺 魏圣曜）记者25日从山东海事局了解到，因中石化东黄输油管线一输油管道发生破裂事故，造成原油泄漏入海。山东海事部门调集力量，全力组织清污工作，采取有效措施减少海面油污污染，目前海上溢油已经得到了有效控制，海上浮油明显减少。
从事故发生到23日晚，山东海事局在海上布设围油栏3000米，调集消油剂80吨，调用吸油拖缆约5000米，调用吸油毡20吨及其他溢油设备器材，回收吸油毡及油水混合物约80吨，现场清污效果明显。
24日当天，山东海事局共协调派出18艘清污船舶、6艘海事巡逻艇参与清污，出动清污人员830人次，回收吸油毡、吸油拖缆及油水混合物约100吨，海上浮油明显减少，油污面积逐步缩减到3平方公里至5平方公里。海事部门正继续密切监控海面油污，组织清污力量全力防范应对。
山东省政府办公厅25日发出《关于进一步做好油气输送管道安全管理的紧急通知》，要求各地立即对油气输送管道开展拉网式安全检查，对发现的重大隐患挂牌督办、限期整改。
