  许耀桐表示,此前曾有人议论,如果只超标不到10平方米,是否可“免腾退”,否则即使用隔断隔开,不到10平方米的空间也不适合办公,反而造成浪费,“不能迁就,更不能给政策开‘口子’,一旦开了‘口子’,就容易走样、走过场”。
