　　昨天，记者了解到，在这起事故中，事发地点实际是马鞍池污水管网改建工程的施工场地，业主单位为温州市排水公司，施工单位为温州市鸿建建设有限公司。

　　对于林先生的受伤，目前由事故地的管辖区，温州市鹿城区五马街道协商处理，具体暂由施工单位温州市鸿建建设有限公司负责提供医疗救护的费用。
