　　在今后，海沧区机关事业单位人员因公外出，从办公室出发到办事地点距离在3公里之内的，除极端天气、紧急公务、保密要求等特一系列的殊情况以外，都得采用骑自行车或步行方式，单位将不再派公务车辆。

　　厦门市沧海区政府表示，启用公务自行车系统既节约了政府开支，又转变了干部作风，还拉近了政府与群众的距离，节能环保，有益身心健康，值得推广。
