在360财报分析师电话会上，奇虎360董事长周鸿祎表示，360搜索份额已超过22%。但此前，花旗集团分析师对360所披露的搜索份额进行了质疑，称艾瑞数据比CNZZ更可靠。
花旗分析师表示，CNZZ的研究范围全面覆盖了中国中小型网站，但并未覆盖流量庞大的一些网站，如新浪、搜狐、网易和腾讯等。这意味着，奇虎360在中国搜索市场上的份额其实只包含中小型网站，而非大型网站。有数据表明，大型网站却占据了中国互联网流量的70%以上。
而据艾瑞咨询(iResearch)公布的数据显示，百度在中国搜索市场上所占份额为79%；与此相比，奇虎360所占据的市场份额为14%。但CNZZ数据却显示，百度所占市场份额已经下降至62%，而奇虎360所占份额则已从10月份的20.8%上升至22.6%。
11月中旬，国内另一分析机构易观国际发布《2013年9月中国搜索引擎市场监测报告》数据显示，2013年第三季度，百度PC+移动的整体搜索总访问次数比例持续增长，9月百度整体搜索份额为72.1%，稳居行业首位。360搜索位居第二，份额为14.2%。搜狗占5.8%，居第三位。易观方面认为，随着百度对产品不断改进，促使流量不断增大，这也使得广告主对关键字广告市场的逐渐认可度进一步提升。
花旗分析师李牧之、拉维•萨拉特(Ravi Sarathy)和格雷戈里•赵(Gregory Zhao)指出，艾瑞咨询是对40余万名用户的在线活动进行分析，计算出PC用户的互联网流量数据。艾瑞咨询数据取样的范围覆盖3000多个网站和1000种软件。相比CNZZ而言，认为艾瑞可信度更高。

投资公司Stifel Research在昨日致投资者的一份研究报告认为，奇虎360制定的2013年第四季度营收预期令人失望，并据此将该公司股票评级从“买入”级下调到“持有”级。但天灏资本今天发布研究报告，将奇虎36股票评级维持在“买入”(Buy)不变，目标价也维持在94美元不变。
