11月26日，新疆都市报记者从自治区旅游局了解到，今年的“旅游服务质量提升专项整治”取得重大突破，在对318家旅行社、287家三星级以上饭店和75家景区的检查中，有近三成旅游单位不合格，被注销、降级或限期整改。
通过这次整治，解决了旅行经营过程中存在的管理人员法律、法规意识淡薄，团队档案管理不规范，超范围宣传，出境人员非法滞留，不能按期购买旅行社责任险等问题；限期整改的旅行社，逾期不整改或者整改不彻底的，将按照《旅游法》、《旅行社条例》做出相应处理。
截至今年10月，全区共有景区223家，其中5A级景区6家，4A级景区44家，3A级景区69家。
中青旅等在疆知名旅行社被要求整改
令人大跌眼镜的是，中青旅新疆国际旅行社、新疆大西部国际旅行社等疆内知名旅行社也被列入整改行列。
自治区旅游局今年开展了旅行社、三星级以上饭店服务质量提升的专项整治工作。5月至8月，自治区旅游局组成专项整治专家小组，对我区318家旅行社进行考核和检查。最终注销旅行社21家，包括霍尔果斯旅行社、乌鲁木齐大美边疆旅行社、乌鲁木齐西北游旅行社等；注销了旅行社分社13家，包括新疆中国旅行社有限公司北屯分社、新疆大西部国际旅行社有限责任公司昌吉分社及哈密分社等；40家旅行社被要求限期整改，包括中青旅新疆国际旅行社、新疆大西部国际旅行社、新疆海外国际旅行社有限责任公司等。
自治区旅游局局长伊那木·乃斯尔丁告诉记者，从专项整治结果来看，与去年相比，全区旅游行业标准化执行水平、规范化程度、服务质量整体水平都有了较大改善。“需要强调的是，专项整治行动中对一些暂时不合标准，做出取消星级、A级、降级以及整改意见的旅游企业，只要在思想和行动上高度重视，按照标准要求，认真整改，我们也一定会帮助这些企业做好服务质量的提升工作。”
喜来登、鸿福等酒店需要限期整改
此次整改可谓真正“下决心、大力气、不留情”，一些就在身边的知名酒店也在不合格之列。其中，塔里木石油大酒店、喜来登酒店、鸿福酒店等被要求限期整改。而乌鲁木齐市金海湾度假酒店、锦泰源酒店、玛纳斯富丽华酒店等被取消星级，乌鲁木齐市塞外江南大酒店、突玛丽斯酒店、喀纳斯山庄、伊犁大酒店、巴州金星大酒店等被限期整改，乌鲁木齐市黄金海岸酒店、爱派商务酒店、诺亚方舟烟雨楼酒店等直接被取消星级。
今年下半年，自治区旅游局共组织10个星级饭店专家组，按照国家《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》的规范标准，对全区287家三星级以上旅游饭店进行了以对标检查为主要内容、兼顾服务环境、服务水平和饭店安全的专项整治。最终取消了15家星级饭店资质(其中四星级饭店4家、三星级饭店11家)、67家星级饭店限期整改(其中五星级3家、四星级14家)、四星级降为三星级的一家。对限期整改的旅游星级饭店，限期一年，不整改或限期整改不到位的，将在明年专项整治活动中，做出降星级或者取消星级的处理。同时取消了15家星级饭店资质(其中四星级饭店4家，三星级饭店11家)，67家星级饭店被要求限期整改(其中五星级3家、四星级14家、3星级50家)，四星级降成三星级的1家。

盐湖景区等被降级
不少为大众所熟知的景区在检查中也没有过关，其中，雅玛里克山公园、吐鲁番沙漠生态旅游景区等取消等级，乌鲁木齐四星级景区——盐湖景区等也被降级。
自治区旅游局2012年开始对旅游景区进行专项整治，去年组织专家组对85家3A级以上景区进行复核，经专家组现场检查复核，取消10家景区等级称号，对57家景区下发责令限期整改通知，对18家景区下发警告通知。今年先后组织8批次专家组对去年75家景区进行整改验收检查，新复核景区44家。经现场检查、查阅档案和抽样调查，67家景区在环境整治、基础设施建设、服务意识和态度等方面均有显著提高，达到相应的国家景区等级标准，52家景区未达到标准。自治区旅游局决定取消5家景区等级(雅玛里克山公园、哈密市金色年华度假村、天境神池民俗旅游文化园、沙漠生态旅游风景区、吐鲁番市大漠土艺馆)，对2家景区报国家旅游局予以降级(乌鲁木齐盐湖景区、克州冰川公园)，对11家景区下发警告通知，对34家景区下发限期整改通知。
记者从自治区旅游局了解到，经过连续两年的景区专项整治工作，新疆旅游景区整体环境和服务质量有了显著的提升。去年限期整改和给予警告的景区中，天山天池、可可托海、那拉提、泽普金湖杨、博斯腾湖、天山大峡谷、巴音布鲁克、红光山、克拉玛依河景观带等景区均有较大规模投资建设。尤其金湖杨、博斯腾湖和天山大峡谷景区积极争创5A级景区，泽普金湖杨争创成功，博斯腾湖和天山大峡谷景区经国家旅游局专家组初步验收合格。
