　　这是记者从26日在京举行的全国公安机关法制员业务技能竞赛总决赛上获悉的。

　　主题为“公正在我心、共筑法治梦”的全国公安机关法制员业务技能竞赛自去年11月起启动，经地方赛和全国赛初赛的层层选拔，从全国公安机关33支代表队中产生的六强代表队参加总决赛。竞赛内容涉及《刑法》《刑事诉讼法》等公安机关常用法律法规。经激烈角逐，山东代表队夺得团体一等奖；四川代表队、山西代表队获得团体二等奖；广东代表队、重庆代表队、安徽代表队获得团体三等奖。

　　公安部有关负责人介绍，近年来，为加强基层公安机关执法监督管理，深入推进执法规范化建设，全国公安机关按照公安部要求，普遍实行了法制员制度。法制员作为基层执法办案的“质检员”，对刑警队、治安队、交警队、派出所等单位办理的案件进行严格的法律审核把关，发挥着保障规范执法第一道防线的作用。

　　这位负责人介绍，此次全国公安机关法制员业务技能竞赛的举办，旨在提高和展示基层法制员队伍的执法能力和水平，积极营造更加浓厚的学法、用法、守法氛围，为进一步深化公安执法规范化建设注入新的动力和活力。
