  居民对小产权房前景态度不一


  昨日,房山区窦店镇沁慧园,已有大量居民入住。小区居民张女士说,这里共有11栋楼,都是小产权房,“我2001年买的,这房子是2000年建的。”


  “这里住了这么多人,应该不会拆。”张女士认为,现在政策都是针对在建的小产权房。

  买小产权房无法得到法律保护


  北京市正海律师事务所律师杨磊认为,导致目前这一现状主要是因为政府对小产权房的政策不够明确,相关执法部门滞后性执法,没有从苗头和根源上查处,造成既成事实的情况。


  杨磊提醒,虽然市面上仍在交易买卖小产权房,但是一旦发生纠纷或出现继承、转让等情况,就无法得到法律的保护,“至少目前来看国家层面不认同小产权房,所以购买还是有风险的。”
