3.老年人参加北京市域内以下活动：(1)参加政府机关、部门或社会组织举行的各种针对老年人的公益活动及会议期间；(2)老年志愿者参与的社会服务。
4.其他保险责任范围(北京市域内)：(1)老年人在接受与政府签约的为老服务单位服务的过程中；(2)老年人在接受志愿者服务的过程中。注：志愿者须为政府机关、部门或社会组织统一招募的志愿者或须持“中国社区志愿者证”。
费用理赔参保人仅需承担15元保费
年度保险费为17元/份，保险期限为一年。其中，具有北京户籍60周岁及以上的享受城乡最低生活保障待遇人员、城镇“三无”人员、农村“五保”对象、享受定期抚恤补助的优抚对象及失独老年人，由市财政统一出资投保，每人享受一份，近7万符合条件的老年人受益。
凡属于自主参保的老年人，中国人寿给予每份2元的保费优惠，参保人仅需承担15元保费，每人最多可投保4份。
每人最多可以获赔20万元
保单生效后，被保险人在保险责任范围内发生意外导致身故、残疾、烧烫伤等情况最高赔付保险金5万元，养老(助残)餐桌或托老(残)所就餐引发的食物中毒导致身故、残疾最高赔付保险金5万元，因意外伤害发生的门诊、住院医疗费用最高赔付5000元。
由于每人最多可投保4份，因此最多可获赔20万元。
办理时间12月16日起受理投保申请
保险期间为一年。自2013年12月16日起开始面向社会受理投保申请，保险期间以保险凭证为准。享受政府财政统一出资参保的老年人，保险期间自2013年12月1日起至2014年11月30日。
