目前，沈阳、广州和黄埔海关缉私局以涉嫌走私国家禁止进出口货物罪，南宁海关缉私局以涉嫌走私普通货物罪及走私国家禁止进出口货物罪，昆明海关缉私局以涉嫌走私普通货物罪，向当地检察机关移送起诉，随案移送审查起诉犯罪嫌疑人34名。
