出庭作证父亲无法全程旁听

黄洋的爸爸说，他们没有向林森浩提一分钱的赔偿，也不必听他说声道歉，只希望他给儿子偿命。
“早知道是他我肯定会冲上去揍他”
几天前，黄洋的律师给黄国强打去电话，说案子27日开庭。黄国强条件反射地“喔”了一声，瘫坐在椅子上。这一个电话一下把黄国强的记忆拉回到了半年前……
今年4月2日晚上8点，黄洋的师兄给正在去往荣县中学上班的黄国强打了一个电话，4月1日，复旦2010级在读医科研究生的儿子黄洋身体出现不适，当晚被送至该校附属中山医院就诊。入院后，病情加重，先后出现昏迷、肝功能衰竭等症状。
4月3日这天，黄国强急匆匆地买了机票，一个人赶到了上海，在医院，他看到虚弱的黄洋脸色有些偏黄，说话有气无力。
黄国强说，“6号黄洋的病就有点重了，那天晚上流了很多鼻血，我就跟洋洋的三姨打电话，让他们到上海来。”
4月15日这天，黄家人收到了黄洋的病危通知书，到了4月16号下午3点，他们担心的还是发生了——黄洋抢救无效去世。
4月11日，黄洋寝室饮水机残留水中检测出N-二甲基亚硝胺有毒化合物成分。4月12日涉嫌投毒杀害室友黄洋的犯罪嫌疑人林森浩被警方依法刑事拘留。
就在黄国强到达黄洋寝室的那天，他还见过林森浩。“3号那天我去住的时候，他就在寝室头，我还问了他，和黄洋的关系好不好”。而林森浩也询问了黄洋的病情。
“如果事发的时候知道是他干的，我肯定会冲上去揍他，但现在我在努力让自己平静。”黄国强面无表情地说。
黄国强说，从黄洋出事以来，林森浩家人、律师从来没有来找过他们，也没有说过一声对不起。“当然，说了又有什么用，人是回不来了，我也不需要这句对不起。”黄国强的语气很坚定。
妈妈将带着儿子买的助听器听审
这一次他们到上海来，租住在上海医学院附近的一个家庭旅馆里，从自贡荣县出发前，他们给旅馆老板打去电话，结果发生了一点意外。折腾了一天之后，11月26日，他们才安顿下来。黄国强说，他不准备再到殡仪馆看黄洋了，每次阴阳相隔的见面都会让他崩溃。

黄妈妈说，她的脑子里经常浮现出儿子病入膏肓时候的悲痛样子。4月1日那天，她生病上吐下泻，给黄洋打电话问吃点什么药好，不料电话里黄洋的声音有气无力，说他也吐得厉害。“我一听就急了，让他赶紧去买点药吃，不要拖。”时隔6天之后，黄妈妈在重症监护室见到黄洋，那时候的他已经不能说话了，偶尔清醒的时候，会望着亲人流泪。黄妈妈的心被撕得血淋淋的。
黄妈妈说，黄洋喜欢跟她撒娇，过春节的时候黄洋还说，“我最喜欢妈妈给我打电话，总是问我钱够不够用，吃得好不好，我爸就恐怖啦，一打电话就叮嘱我要节省，不要浪费时间浪费钱，男人要先立业再成家。”说到儿子，黄妈妈恍惚的神情中略见一丝笑容，但很快就消失了。
审判长曾主审
“杨佳袭警案”
昨日上午8时45分，上海市第二中级人民法院门口的大屏幕及其官方网站已对此案的庭审时间进行了公告。公告显示，该案将于明天上午9时30分、下午1时30分分两次开庭审理。由上海市人民检察院第二分院提起公诉的被告人林森浩，涉嫌罪名仍是“故意杀人罪”。
值得注意的是，该案审判长王智刚曾是轰动一时的2008年“杨佳袭警案”的审判长。
另据记者了解，受害人黄洋的辩护律师为上海刘春雷律师事务所执行主任叶萍，且是免费代理。昨日上午，记者见到了叶萍，但她表示，开庭之前暂不便接受外界采访。
此前有接近此案的网友发帖称，林森浩的委托代理律师、上海市聚成律师事务所律师周波红做的是有罪辩护，受到林森浩家人质疑。昨日下午，该所一名黄姓负责人证实，该所律师周波红确为被告人林森浩代理律师，但目前不会回应媒体的相关问题。
